Members can call CBDI on a toll-free customer support line, 1-800-786-CBDI, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday and can utilize our toll-free fax number (1-888-CBDI-910). CBDI continues to employ a human receptionist, even though many other firms have gone to an automated voice response system.

State of the Art Invoice System

The CBDI, Inc. invoice system, custom designed by it’s own programming staff, is unsurpassed in flexibility and versatility. Each invoice contains a list of all covered employees, social security numbers, and coverage codes. Additionally, premiums are illustrated separately by employee by line of coverage. Adjustments are reflected as a separate line item per employee, and any administrative fees are clearly listed separate from the other coverage costs. All of this makes the job of the benefit manager much easier and less time consuming.

Our invoice system also has the capability of displaying messages, such as a reminder about an upcoming open enrollment period, new product availability, etc. on the face page of the invoice and assures that all billed members receive carrier information in a timely manner.
