In an agency without a direct sales force, the CBDI Broker Team believes that assisting brokers with the sale and retention of their business is paramount to all they do. HR & Benefits Management Services

In the past several years, the demand for HR and Benefit Management Services among groups of 50 or more employees has grown rapidly, to say the least. In response to this need, CBDI has developed a platform of services to help employers reduce the time and costs associated with integrating benefit administration and the HR process. By offering a web-based human resources and benefit management program, including consolidated billing, employee self service, advanced reporting features and workflow automation, CBDI presents a useful, efficient tool for utilization by both employers and their brokers.
